Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for what you may and may not do with DealRaj. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account per our Terms of Service.
You Agree NOT To
- Use DealRaj to host illegal content, including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material, fraud, malware distribution, copyright infringement, or content that violates the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement
- Operate fake-discount, drop-shipping arbitrage, or misleading-urgency content (sites must comply with DealRaj's trust-first monetization standard)
- Scrape, mirror, or republish copyrighted product imagery, copy, or pricing data outside Amazon's permitted display surfaces
- Bypass plan limits via multiple accounts
- Send spam (CAN-SPAM violation) using DealRaj's transactional email infrastructure
- Attempt to access another tenant's data, infrastructure, or admin panels
- Run security testing, load testing, or scanning against DealRaj infrastructure without prior written consent
- Use DealRaj for hate speech, harassment, doxxing, or content targeting protected classes
- Resell DealRaj subscriptions or sublicense the platform to third parties
Affiliate Content Standards
Per DealRaj's trust-first principles, all affiliate content on tenant sites must:
- Display a clear affiliate disclosure on every page that contains affiliate links
- Use
rel="nofollow sponsored"on all Amazon Associates links (handled automatically by the platform — do not strip this attribute) - Not display fabricated discount percentages, false stock counts, or fake countdown timers
- Mark expired deals as expired rather than deleting them, per platform default behavior
Reporting Abuse
If you observe a tenant violating this AUP, report it to [email protected]. We investigate every report.
Enforcement
DealRaj reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without prior notice depending on the severity. Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
