This Refund Policy explains how DealRaj handles billing disputes, plan changes, and cancellations. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
Free Trial
New accounts may begin on a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends. You may cancel any time during the trial without being billed.
Monthly & Annual Subscriptions

Common options: (a) No refunds for partial months — service remains active until end of paid period (b) Prorated refund on annual plans if cancelled within first 30 days (c) Case-by-case at operator discretion Recommendation: option (a) for monthly, option (b) for annual.]
Free Plan Downgrades
If you cancel a paid plan, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier on the next billing date. You retain access to the Free-tier feature set; sites that exceeded Free-tier limits may be suspended until usage drops or you upgrade.
Failed Payments
If a recurring charge fails, we will retry per Stripe's smart retry schedule. After three failed attempts, the account is moved to past_due status; sites remain accessible for a 7-day grace period before being suspended. To restore service, update your payment method in your billing dashboard.
Disputed Charges
Please contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer — most issues can be resolved within 24 hours.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your account email and the charge in question. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
